Our client is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Founder/CEO based in Miami, FL. This role will serve as a true right hand, managing day-to-day priorities, facilitating high-level relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across both business and personal matters. The ideal candidate is poised, resourceful, and thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment with significant exposure to high level individuals and complex operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, ever-evolving calendar aligned with strategic priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and engagements across multiple time zones
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage shifting priorities
  • Track key relationships and maintain organized records of interactions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Manage last-minute changes seamlessly and troubleshoot in real time
  • Track priorities, action items, and ensure consistent execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, founder, or UHNW principal
  • Experience within real estate, finance, family office, or related environments preferred
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools (including AI-driven platforms)
  • Proficient with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred, not required)

Compensation: $100K–$120K base salary, depending on experience
