Our client is seeking an experienced, discreet, and hands-on Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of an 11,000 sf residence. The home is fully staffed and now requires a proactive professional to manage the household and ensure everything runs smoothly with a hospitality-driven approach. The ideal candidates will have experience in luxury service environments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all household operations and staff
Act as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers
Maintain a high standard of service and presentation throughout the home
Manage personal errands, calendar, travel, and appointments in coordination with the principal’s Executive Assistant
Ensure the safety and security of the property by working closely with existing security staff
Assist with household budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
Support and help coordinate private events and guest visits

Discreet, professional, and highly organized
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve with minimal direction
Tech-savvy and comfortable with smart home systems
