Rotational Nanny- Burr Ridge, Illinois

Our client, a private family based in Burr Ridge, Illinois, is seeking a professional and experienced Rotational Nanny to care for their four school-aged children (Ages 8-11). This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a structured environment, values consistency, and has a passion for fostering responsibility and independence in children. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-level care and supervision for four children, always ensuring their safety and well-being 

• Maintain a structured and consistent routine during on-duty weeks 

• Guide and assist children with household chores, helping them build life skills and responsibility 

• Support and reinforce household rules, promoting respectful behavior and strong values 

• Collaborate with parents and any household staff to ensure smooth daily operations 

• Available to travel internationally as needed 

Requirements: 

• Prior professional experience caring for multiple children in the same age range 

• Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols 

• Ability to work effectively on a rotational schedule (7 days on, 7 days off) 

• Confident traveler with valid passport and willingness to travel abroad with the family 

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic household environment 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Schedule: 7 days on,  7 days off
