Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Personal Assistant to support both business and household operations in Doylestown, PA. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and can seamlessly transition between office administration, errands, logistics, and occasional home and pet support.
Responsibilities
Calendar management and scheduling
Email and correspondence management
Travel coordination and itinerary planning
Vendor communication and project follow-up
Filing, document preparation, and general clerical support
Managing business and personal to-do lists
Running errands and handling household logistics
Coordinating home services and appointments
Managing deliveries and inventory
Daily care and attention for household pets
Providing pet sitting during owner travel
Stall cleaning, hay procurement, farm animal care (mini horse, goats, ducks)
Requirements:
Flexibility for overnight support during employers travel periods
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Loves animals and has prior pet care experience
Strong judgment and respect for confidentiality
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
