A private household in Encino, CA is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee daily home operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong multitasking abilities and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both household logistics and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the general operations of the home
Maintain organization and ensure the household runs efficiently
Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries
Supervise household staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service vendors
Plan and assist with events hosted at the residence
Pack and unpack for travel
Troubleshoot basic technology issues (computers, printers, scanners, smart home devices)
Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience working in a private estate or similar environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience managing household staff
Proficiency with smart home systems (including Crestron), Mac computers, iPhone/iPad, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
Comfortable working in a home with multiple dogs
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: $40 - $50 per hour
