Our client, a prominent CEO, is seeking an experienced right-hand, Executive Personal Assistant/Valet. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to reside in various locations for extended periods, including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Washington DC. Housing will be provided during travel. The ideal candidate will be educated, cultured, and possess a strong service mentality.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling and reservations.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Conduct research on meeting participants and prepare briefing notes.
Handle security for high-profile events.
Represent the CEO professionally in various settings.
Occasionally drive the CEO to various appointments and meetings.
Assist with day-to-day tasks, including running errands, getting lunch, and coffee.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable with extensive travel
Experience in advanced team detail and security for political or high-net-worth individuals is a plus
College-educated.
Service-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present well in high-profile settings.
