Seeking an experienced personal chef for a two-person household to prepare thoughtfully planned, flavorful meals 2–3 days per week, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in pregnancy nutrition, with an emphasis on high-protein, low-carb meals, and brings creativity, flexibility, and an easygoing presence to the home. A strong ability to learn preferences and evolve menus over time is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two adults, 2–3 days per week

  • Design menus aligned with pregnancy-safe nutrition, emphasizing high protein and low carbs

  • Create diverse, international menus

  • Source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with trusted local food purveyors

  • Prepare meals with care, creativity, and attention to flavor balance and presentation

  • Adapt menus based on feedback and evolving preferences

  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all food safety standards

Requirements

  • Ability to prepare high-protein, low-carb meals without sacrificing flavor or variety

  • Experience with international cuisines
