Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant in Miami, Florida. Candidate will be working closely with the principal and his executive assistant to coordinate schedules and manage personal tasks. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Personal Assist will be working out of the corporate office and principal's home.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with the principal and executive assistant to organize and manage daily schedule and appointments
Facilitate personal tasks, errands, and gifting.
Manage household staff and vendors, including scheduling regular maintenance appointments, facilitating payments, and handling any follow-up tasks.
Arrange personal appointments
Assist with pet care well behaved dog
Tracking household inventory, stocking groceries and other household supplies
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent verifiable references
