Executive Personal Assistant- San Francisco, CA (with global travel)

Our client is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a C-level Founder across both business and personal matters. This role requires a sharp, resourceful individual who operates with exceptional ownership, discretion, and sound judgment in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. This is a hybrid role with significant global travel across the United States and abroad. Candidates must have extreme flexibility and availability to travel frequently and for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and priorities
  • Coordinate business and personal logistics seamlessly
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics
  • Conduct research and prepare high-level briefings and materials
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Handle highly confidential matters with discretion
  • Track priorities, action items, and ensure follow-through
  • Support ongoing projects and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting a high-level executive or principal in an EA/PA capacity
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Tech-savvy, self-directed, and proactive
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-demand environments
