We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Personal Assistant / Relocation Coordinator to support a family transitioning to life in Coral Gables. You’ll work as the right hand to a non-Spanish-speaking principal, helping her and her family settle into their new home and community. From school enrollment and household setup to personal errands and day-to-day logistics, you’ll be a steady, capable presence during this key transition period.
Duties:
Help the principal and her family acclimate to their new life in Coral Gables
Manage school enrollment and onboarding for two children (at different schools)
Coordinate daily logistics, including school drop-offs/pickups (driver provided)
Support with calendar management, online shopping, and time organization
Oversee light household setup- furniture deliveries, utility setup, vendor coordination
Create simple checklists and organizational systems to keep things on track
Source items from both U.S.-based and local Miami vendors
Assist in furnishing and styling the home (aesthetic eye and design sensibility a plus)
Act as a calm, professional, and service-minded presence throughout the relocation
