Personal Assistant - Washington, D.C. (Part-time/Hybrid)

Washington, DC - Part Time

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant in Northwest DC to help streamline operations and manage administrative tasks. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, take feedback well, and efficiently manage responsibilities without repeated instruction.

Responsibilities: 

  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendars
  • Booking appointments
  • Managing emails and following up on action items
  • Making phone calls
  • Conducting research and creating outlines. 
  • Drafting and organizing materials for review. 
  • Finding and booking family activities. 
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and employees 
  • Managing vendors. 
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of related experience. 
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Strong communication and writing skills. 
  • Able to take feedback well and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent, verifiable references 
Schedule: Hybrid, 20-30 hours per week (flexible, varies weekly) 
Onsite: Monday Tuesday, Thursday 
Remote: Wednesday, Friday
