Executive Assistant- Manhattan, NYC

New York, NY - Full Time

Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a CEO in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and special projects as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison to senior management and other key departments.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal and external communications.
  • Provide administrative support on various projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule: Hybrid
