Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Professional Housekeeper to manage the cleaning and maintenance of luxury condominiums. This is a live-in position with separate accommodations provided in both Arizona and Michigan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and all tools and transportation needed for the job will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain 2 to 3 condominiums daily, ensuring all areas are pristine and organized, Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed.
Use organic and eco-friendly cleaning products to maintain a safe and sustainable environment.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Report maintenance or repair needs to the property owner or manager.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven housekeeping experience (experience with high-end or luxury properties is a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable and knowledgeable in using organic and clean products.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (a car or transportation will be provided).
No pets allowed.
Flexibility to travel seasonally between Arizona (Fall/Winter) and Michigan (Spring/Summer).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 to 10 hours per day.
