We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant with international experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO & the global executive team. As an integral member of the Executive team, you will manage various activities, events, and personal affairs, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility, as it may involve working outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our global offices. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily administration and operations of the CEO's office.
Manage a complex and evolving calendar for the CEO.
Provide administrative assistance to the global executive team.
Arrange detailed travel itineraries for business meetings and conferences.
Organize and maintain important files and records.
Lead and manage special projects, conducting thorough research as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain a flexible schedule to support global initiatives.
Serve as the liaison between the board and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Attend and assist with global off-site meetings as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a global organization.
Proven success in managing complex calendars and international travel logistics.
Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and experience handling confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in an international context.
Willingness to travel for off-site meetings as necessary.
Previous experience in a technology company is a plus
