Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive and their household. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the executive's personal and professional life, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily tasks, travel arrangements, household management, and event planning.
Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's personal and professional calendar, coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning
Oversee the management of the executive's household, including supervising staff, managing household expenses, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
Plan and execute high-profile events, dinners, and other social engagements, ensuring seamless coordination and attention to detail
Maintain and update the executive's contact database, and facilitate effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Provide financial analysis and management support, including budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Assist with various marketing and social media tasks, as needed
Demonstrate a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Five+ years of experience in managing household staff of large estates, executive travel, household expenses, and large-scale events.
College degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, iOS, and PC platforms
Strong social media and digital marketing skills
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and management
Willingness to travel internationally (valid passport required)
Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week, hybrid, with the possibility of occasional overtime
