Our client, a private family in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Household Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their home. This role blends hands-on household support with light administrative responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable wearing many hats. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and proactive.
Grocery shopping and basic meal prep
Inventory management and restocking household supplies
Running errands.
Light pet care and coordination of vet/grooming appointments.
General household organization and assistance with projects.
Managing calendars and schedules (Outlook proficiency required)
Travel research, planning, and booking
Event planning and occasional hosting support
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a private home or similar setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Background check and verifiable references required
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional evening or weekend support may be required)
