Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations, staffing, and event management for a large estate in Chicago . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years in private service, preferably with a background in luxury hospitality or hotel management, and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and service standards.
The Estate Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of 10 - 15 household staff, creating comprehensive household manuals, operating procedures, and maintenance schedules, and ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and contractors. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage frequent high-end events with professionalism.
