Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support an Executive Director across both professional and personal responsibilities. This role will serve as a true right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth coordination across professional and personal commitments
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendars
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Handle inbox management and day-to-day correspondence
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands
  • Assist with projects across multiple organizations and initiatives
  • Provide research, summarize information, and support decision-making
  • Assist with organization and financial tracking for family office matters

Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of experience to c- suite executives
  • Interest or familiarity with technology or AI-related fields is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment
