Executive Housekeeper- Bethesda, Maryland

A private family in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for fine surfaces, maintaining a pristine home environment, and collaborating with other household staff, including a chef and house manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute daily and deep cleaning of the 19,000 sq. ft. home, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Care for fine surfaces and delicate materials, including marble, hardwood, and specialty fabrics, using appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Manage household laundry, including care for fine linens and delicate fabrics.
• Organize and maintain household inventory and supplies.
• Work closely with the house manager and chef to coordinate household operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Supervise and train any additional housekeeping staff as needed.
• Handle special requests and seasonal projects as directed by the principals.
• Provide pet care support as needed for the family’s two dogs. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a large, luxury home.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for high-end surfaces and materials.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide professional references.
