Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO in Beverly Hills, California. This is an independent contractor (1099) position, ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in providing executive-level support.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and other duties as required by the CEO.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Salary: $100K per year as an Independent Contractor (1099)
