Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support a Managing Partner at a growing firm. This fast-paced role involves managing heavy calendaring, coordinating meetings with high-level individuals, and ensuring seamless alignment between professional and personal priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare materials and ensure the executive is well-organized and informed.
  • Handle personal errands and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executive support, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Full-time, in-office.

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
