Executive Personal Assistant - Midtown

Our client is searching for an Executive Personal Assistant in Midtown. The ideal candidate will have sales background and open to occasional travel. Salary offered $60K - $80K depending on experience. Schedule will be Monday – Friday, 9am – 6:30pm. This is an immediate hire.



·         Screening phone calls and requests; handle when it is appropriate to do so

·         Arrange travel and hotel accommodations

·         Meeting and greeting visitors, often times senior level professionals

·         Managing local corporate housing

·         Order supplies

·         Coordinate, order and pick up meals

·         Organizing internal meetings and ensure all materials are prepared and the meeting room is set up

·         Special projects and errands as assigned by the executive manager

·         Personal/Home support as required


·         Bachelor's degree required

·         Superior customer service skills

·         Knowledge of surrounding area

·         2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role in a professional business environment, but will take entry-level

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Extreme attention to detail

·         Knowledge of clerical and administrative processes

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
