Executive Coordinator / Marketing Associate - NYC
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to provide executive support while assisting with project management and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring priorities stay on track and projects move forward efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars and scheduling
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare agendas and capture meeting notes
Track action items and follow up to ensure completion
Coordinate travel arrangements
Organize files, documents, and company resources
Help manage special projects across multiple departments
Assist with email marketing campaigns
Support event planning and execution
Help maintain company website and social media
Coordinate photography, video, and graphic design projects
Prepare sales presentations and sales sheets
Assist with CRM updates and reporting
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in executive support, marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or CRM systems is a plus
Salary: $70K - $90K per year
