Private family seeks a proactive, dynamic and experienced Live-in Domestic Couple for a large Westchester estate. This is a live in position with separate 2BR apartment on estate property.

Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of the Estate manager. Must have good communication skills and be able to take direction.
Detailed Housecleaning
Follow maintenance protocol for monthly/seasonal/annual checklists of the home, grounds and structures
Outdoor grounds upkeep leaf blowing, clearing snow from walkways
Chauffeur family members, maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
Household errands
Maintaining outside grounds / landscaping

Requirements:

Must have excellent, verifiable references
5+ years’ of similar experience required
Must have a clear valid driver’s license

Schedule: Full-Time
