Our client is seeking an experienced, reliable Housekeeper to maintain a 12,000-square-foot private residence in Lattingtown, New York. This role supports a family of two adults and one school aged child. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in a long-term position. The client is open to live-in or live-out candidates

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout a 12,000-square-foot home

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the home

  • Clean, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms, surfaces, and fixtures

  • Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, and household finishes

  • Set and clear tables for meals and assist with light dining setup as needed

  • Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and proper storage

  • Change bed linens and make beds

  • Maintain organization of closets, cabinets, and storage areas

  • Monitor and restock household supplies

  • Assist with seasonal or special cleaning projects

 

Qualifications
 

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work

  • Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
    Comfortable working in a family home with a child

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Excellent, verifiable references
     

Schedule: 4 days per week
