A private household is seeking an experienced, professional housekeeper to join a two-person housekeeping team in a multi-floor townhouse on the UES. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position for a detail-oriented individual who works well collaboratively, communicates clearly, and is comfortable in a formal private home setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and organizing
  • Laundry and ironing
  • General upkeep and maintenance of a multi-floor townhouse
  • Assist with breakfast preparation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with another full-time housekeeper to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a formal private home environment
  • Reliable, discreet, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Excellent, verifiable references
     

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday. Schedule will fall within the following hours and be coordinated with second housekeeper:
     
    • 6:00/6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 
    • 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
