Our client is in search of a dynamic YouTube Production Manager in Blue Bell, PA. In this role, you will be the driving force behind keeping projects on track, stepping in when needed, and overseeing the overall production. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude, positive energy, and a genuine passion for content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple social media channels, including lifestyle, live music, gaming, etc. 
  • Pitch new projects and series ideas, particularly for the leading gaming brand.
  • Generate engaging content daily and take projects from idea to creation (ideation, filming, editing, posting). 
  • Oversee operations during film sets, overseeing a team of production assistants, booking agents, camera crew, and an assistant director.
  • Run brand operations for a celebrity (musician, actor, model).
  • Direct editors with script notes and feedback
  • Ensure post-production edits, ensuring attention to accuracy, quality and detail.
  • Collaborate with talent and writers to execute digital video creative.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients for effective content distribution.
  • Monitor and lead all project phases to ensure timely delivery.
  • Meet pre-set video performance benchmarks, maintaining the quality of end product.
  • Produce & deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in digital video content, with a focus on YouTube.
  • Experience overseeing a team. 
  • Familiarity with the influencer landscape, including talent and events.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • A deep understanding of what makes a great video and branded content.
  • A fan of esports, console games, including shooters, fighters, and sports games (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with talent, writers, designers, project managers, and clients for content distribution.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Full-time, onsite position with domestic and international travel. 
  • Flexibility to work weekends when needed. 
  • Understanding that shoots may exceed scheduled hours. 

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 per year.
