A warm and thoughtful family is seeking an experienced, career nanny to care for their newborn daughter. This is a long-term, full-time position beginning in early July. The ideal candidate is nurturing, knowledgeable in infant development, and able to work collaboratively with parents while bringing confidence and professionalism to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, full-time care for a newborn

• Support feeding routines, diapering, naps, and overall daily structure

• Monitor developmental milestones and implement age-appropriate activities

• Engage in enriching, screen-free interaction and play

• Take the child on walks and incorporate outdoor time

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the child

• Assist with light child-related housekeeping (bottles, laundry, tidying nursery)

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, progress, and needs

• Adapt to evolving schedules as the family transitions back to work

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a career nanny, specifically with newborns/infants

• Strong understanding of infant development and best practices

• Warm, calm, and nurturing personality

• Collaborative mindset with ability to follow parental guidance while offering expertise

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility to start earlier if needed)

Salary: $35–$45 per hour
