Facilities Manager- Naples, FL
Our client is seeking a Houseman/Property Maintenance Lead to oversee and maintain a beachfront estate in Naples, Florida. This role reports directly to the Estate Manager and Principal and combines facilities oversight with hands-on household maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and experienced in managing high-end residential systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a proactive preventive maintenance program across all systems
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, pool, spa, and water feature operations
Perform or supervise repairs and installations to meet high-end residential standards
Coordinate with vendors and contractors under the guidance of the Estate Manager
Maintain and test emergency systems (e.g., generators); ensure proper documentation
Manage inventory, tools, supplies, and operation manuals
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and be available for emergency calls
Support household staff with general repairs and troubleshooting
Maintain high-end finishes, hardware, and home automation systems
Ensure the property and grounds remain clean, secure, and fully functional
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a similar field
Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance systems
Experience with high-end residential finishes and systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
High level of discretion and confidentiality

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility to work weekends, as needed)
