Our client is seeking a live-in Manny/Family Assistant to support their family in Park City, Utah. The household assistant will manage household operations and ensure the day to day runs smoothly for the principal and children. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and experienced providing 5-star service. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Childcare for two young children
  • Running household errands (i.e. dry cleaning, pickup prescriptions, mail).  
  • Driving for the principal
  • Packing and unpacking for travel
  • Manage household deliveries and returns
  • Schedule and oversee household vendors
  • Handle ordering for the residence (essentials, house supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.)  
  • Prepare daily healthy meals  
  • Receive guests, anyone visiting the residence and inform the principal.  
  • Light housekeeping

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years’ previous experience in a similar role  
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Excellent, verifiable references 
  • Must have childcare experience 
  • Ranch and/or horse experience is a PLUS 


Schedule: Full-time
