Our client is seeking a poised, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the delivery of innovative software projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail or client-facing roles who is looking to expand their skills in project management. This position emphasizes leadership, communication, and organizational excellence. 
Responsibilities: 

  • Transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Work closely with teams to document requirements and user stories that align with client goals.
  • Support the development team by clearing roadblocks and ensuring questions are addressed promptly.
  • Consult on design and usability to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything on track and delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • At least 4 years of experience managing projects in fast-paced environments (luxury retail management a plus!).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Based in the US or Canada, with minimal travel required.

Schedule: Full-time, remote role. Minimal travel required. 

Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
