House Manager/ Executive Assistant

High profile/net worth celebrity family seeking Household Manager/ Executive Assistant for their Westside, LA Estate. Looking for detailed, goal-oriented, self-starter with years of experience as house manager/executive assistant to implement organization and order into their lives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management and organization- must be able to manage for the entire family and able to anticipating conflict before they arise
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, accommodations, and ground transportation- must be thorough, organized, and detailed with booking travel accommodations for principles, family, and friends
  • Managing full-time (both on-location and via remote) two primary residences, and other family owned properties
  • Responsible for overseeing all vendor and contractor work from large projects to small projects including; plumber, electrician HVAC, carpentry, painters, handyman, landscaper and other contract work.
  • Fully manage a large team of employees/vendors by ensuring all employees’ files are up to date, managing time-off and special employee requests, and communicating with them daily for any upcoming events or projects.  This process also requires recruiting, hiring, training and termination process of new/old staff.
  • Oversee project timelines and follow up with team
  • Serve as liaison between Executives and their agents, wealth managers, project managers, attorneys, stylists, and other vendors/service providers
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing some household finances, drafting expense reports and paying personal and household bills
  • Responsible for coordinating and planning children’s activities, appointments, and all school related events including but not limited to school assemblies, doctor appointment, birthday parties, after school activities, and weekend activities.

 

Candidate must have-

  • 4 to 6+ years of House Manager/Executive Assistant experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in computer operations including Mac, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DropBox, Google Calendar
  • Executive experience including contract execution, basic insurance knowledge, basic financial knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with travel coordination
  • 24/7 mentality

Salary; Compensation open depending on experience
