Part Time Personal Assistant/House Manager

Part time Personal Assistant/House Manager needed to assist busy family with all aspects of their home life.

The ideal individual will seamlessly integrate with the family, enjoy a diverse schedule and be a self-starter.

There are multiple homes therefore the ability to travel on occasion is required.

 

Duties are varied and may include;

  • Create and implement household systems
  • Vendor management
  • Staff oversight
  • Errands etc.

 

Required;

  • 10 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational ability
  • “think outside of the box” mentality
  • Child friendly
  • Computer proficient
  • Positive, friendly, yet, professional demeanor

 

Three days per week (25 hours) required to begin which could increase for the right person
