Housekeeper- Wilmington, NC

A private family is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their household team at a large estate in the Wilmington area. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the property in pristine, guest-ready condition at all times. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-oriented, and experienced in luxury or private household environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the main house, staff housing, and office spaces in immaculate condition.

• Perform deep cleaning, wardrobe care, and home organization with an exceptional eye for detail.

• Care for specialty surfaces and materials using organic and green products.

• Maintain household supply inventories and ensure proper upkeep of cleaning equipment and tools.

• Assist with event support: errands, setup, cleanup, and food service as needed.

• Communicate effectively via email, text, and basic computer applications; Microsoft 365 experience is a plus.

• Collaborate with other team members and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a private estate or luxury hospitality setting preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and service-oriented.

• Comfortable with technology and daily use of electronic communications.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a background check.

• Verifiable references required.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am–11:00am. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
