Our client, a health-conscious couple based in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Private Chef to support their wellness goals. The family requires a chef with expertise in preparing meals that align with specific health guidelines and a commitment to using only the highest-quality organic ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday, adhering to strict nutritional guidelines.
Create menus tailored to specific dietary restrictions and health guidelines.
Manage all grocery shopping, sourcing only organic and premium-quality products.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure all meals are prepared fresh, with a focus on flavor, nutrition, and presentation.
Qualifications:
Professional culinary experience with a strong focus on health-conscious, organic cooking.
Proven ability to plan and execute menus tailored to specific dietary restrictions and health guidelines.
Knowledge of organic and whole-food ingredients, with experience sourcing premium-quality products.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Flexibility may be required on occasion.
