Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a CEO in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including meetings and events.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and special projects as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison to senior management and other key departments.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal and external communications.
- Provide administrative support on various projects and tasks as assigned.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible to travel as needed.
