Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Houseman to oversee and maintain their new property, which includes three separate structures in Paradise Valley, Arizona. This role requires an individual with facilities management experience who can ensure the property runs smoothly and remains in pristine condition.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all appliances, systems, and equipment in the home are in working order
Track and manage warranties and service agreements for all appliances and systems.
Schedule routine and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential equipment.
Collaborate with the builder and contractors to address issues or updates related to the new home.
Monitor and document any outstanding tasks during the home construction and post-build period.
Maintain outdoor furniture, decking, and hardscaping, ensuring all areas are clean and in good condition.
Identify and schedule any required repairs or seasonal upkeep for outdoor areas.
Source and liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs needs.
Supervise work conducted on the property to ensure quality and timeliness. :
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Maintain a maintenance schedule and provide regular updates to the principal or their estate manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a related field.
Knowledge of home systems, appliances, and outdoor maintenance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Salary: $35-$45 per hour
