Our client is seeking a dynamic YouTube Producer/Creative Director in Blue Bell, PA, to lead the creative direction and execution for a high-profile YouTuber. In this role, you oversee all aspects of production, ensuring content aligns with the brand's goals and vision. We're looking for a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the YouTube platform, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all creative aspects of the Youtube channel, from concept to creation (ideation, filming, editing, posting).
- Run brand operations for the high-profile YouTuber.
- Pitch new projects and series ideas.
- Oversee operations during film sets, managing a team of production assistants, booking agents, camera crew, and an assistant director.
- Direct editors with script notes and feedback
- Ensure post-production edits, ensuring attention to accuracy, quality, and detail.
- Collaborate with talent, writers, designers, project managers, and clients for content distribution.
- Monitor and lead all project phases to ensure timely delivery.
- Meet pre-set video performance benchmarks, maintaining the quality of end product.
- Produce & deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital video content, with a focus on YouTube.
- Proven experience overseeing a team.
- Familiarity with the influencer landscape, including talent and events.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- A deep understanding of what makes a great video and branded content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Full-time, onsite position with domestic and international travel.
- Flexibility to work weekends when needed.
- Understanding that shoots may exceed scheduled hours.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $120,000 per year, through 1099.
