We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and resilient Personal Assistant to provide direct, in-person support to a private principal based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This is a full-time, non-traditional role requiring flexibility, discretion, and strong organizational instincts. The principal maintains an active and dynamic lifestyle with frequent changes in schedule and priorities. The successful candidate must be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly personalized environment where plans may shift quickly. The role requires heavy travel to oversee and coordinate operations at other properties or to assist when the principal travels.  Most travel will be domestic, but some international travel will be required. 

Responsibilities:

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage and adjust daily schedule and logistics in real time
  • Drive principal throughout NJ/NY and NYC (must be confident driving in Manhattan)
  •  Accompany principal to appointments
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide consistent, steady support amid frequent schedule changes and evolving priorities

Household & Property Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day household operations
  • Oversee housekeepers and household vendors
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
  • Handle deliveries, returns, and personal errands
  • Assist with dog walking and basic pet care as needed
  • Oversee vehicle management

Personal Administrative Management

  • Manage personal accounts, subscriptions, and online platforms
  • Review and reconcile credit card statements
  • Coordinate personal bill payments
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records 


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • NJ/NY-based residence required
  • Comfortable driving in NYC regularly
  • Available for frequent travel (domestic and some international)
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Must have a very flexible schedule and be available to provide support after standard business hours and on the weekend as needed

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Schedule: 50 hour per week
