Our client is seeking an experienced, warm, and highly educated Russian-speaking Nanny to provide full-time care for two children (ages 4 and 2). This is a rotational position (2 weeks on/2 weeks off), working collaboratively with another nanny to ensure consistent, high-quality care for the children. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational foundation and a genuine passion for child development, fostering a nurturing and structured environment that supports both the children's emotional well-being and language preservation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for two toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional development
- Encourage the children’s growth and curiosity through structured educational and recreational activities, including creative projects, reading, sports, and play
- Support bilingual development, with a focus on preserving and strengthening the children's Russian language skills.
- Organize playdates, outings, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain the children’s daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime
- Travel with the family when required, ensuring consistency and comfort for the children
- Maintain open and consistent communication with parents about the children’s development, daily routines, and specific needs
- Work as an integral part of the nannies’ team, following a rotational schedule to ensure continuous, high-quality care
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Nanny in a private household
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Formal education in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, teaching, or Child Psychology courses is strongly preferred. Additional certifications or specialized courses related to children’s development, safety, or education are considered a strong advantage
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality combined with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain structured routines while encouraging creativity and independence
- Flexibility and availability to travel with the family as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Verified references from former employers are required
Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000+ DOE
