Our client is seeking a professional and proactive Live-In Houseman to oversee the daily operations and security of their private residence in Oyster Bay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising vendors, managing property access, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage vendors on the property (e.g., landscapers, contractors, maintenance crews)

Monitor property security and serve as the primary point of contact for all guests and service personnel

Maintain a strong and visible presence on the property to ensure all areas are secure and properly maintained

Proactively identify and address potential maintenance or security concerns

Work closely with the principal and household staff to support daily needs and operations

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor

Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

Must be comfortable living on the property full-time
