Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C-suite executive and several VPs in West Palm Beach. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The ideal candidate will work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules.
- Arrange travel and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Organize meetings, lunches, and events.
- Handle mail, correspondence, and communications.
- Create and update reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Support special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience supporting multiple executives.
Salary: $90K–$100K per year
